05 / A CLOSER LOOKTHE MAKING MATTERS

The art of
the chocolate coating.

Two different approaches. Two distinctive results. Panning builds layers around a center; enrobing covers a confection in a flowing curtain of chocolate.

PANNING01

Built layer
by layer.

As centers tumble in a rotating pan, chocolate coats their surfaces in successive layers. The result is a rounded, coated confection with a texture all its own.

Covered.

A conveyor carries centers through a curtain of chocolate, creating a coating around the product. Think crisp wafers, rich caramel bites, and chocolate-covered snacks.

Let’s talk about it ↗

9 answers

What kinds of projects can we discuss?

We welcome conversations about confectionery concepts, product research and development, manufacturing, and private or white-label projects. Share your goals and we can review whether the project fits.

Can you help develop a new product?

Yes. Concept development and confectionery R&D are part of what we do. The right next step depends on your idea, the work already completed, and the product you want to create.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum quantities need a project-specific review. Product format, customization, packaging, and production requirements all help define the scope. Include an estimated volume if you have one.

How long does a project take?

Timing is reviewed after we understand the product, development needs, sampling, and production scope. Share your target date as a planning input; a timeline is confirmed through the project discussion.

Can the product carry our brand?

We offer private and white-label collaboration, including custom branding. We’ll discuss the product and presentation you have in mind, then review the available options for your project.

Can we discuss samples before production?

Absolutely. Sampling requirements, availability, development work, and any related costs are discussed as part of reviewing the project. Please begin with a general brief rather than confidential recipes or formulations.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

A general product direction, your project stage, intended audience, and a rough volume are a useful start. Add packaging ideas and target timing if you know them. It’s fine to leave open questions for the conversation; please keep confidential formulations out of the first message.

Can we discuss packaging and presentation?

Yes. Tell us whether you are imagining individual units, a sharing format, gifting, or another presentation. Packaging options, artwork responsibilities, specifications, and related requirements are reviewed as part of the project scope.

Are all the chocolate formats shown available?

The gallery presents illustrative product directions. Specific formats, recipes, equipment requirements, and manufacturing fit need an individual review. Dubai Bars USA is shown separately as an example of JWL’s branded work.
