The inquiry form

The form prepares a project inquiry in your browser. Search terms in the FAQ and selections in the inquiry are processed locally. Product-direction links may include a non-personal service or product choice in the URL. It does not submit the information to a website database, and this site does not save your form entries in local storage. Preparing an inquiry does not send an email.

When you select “Open email app,” the prepared details are passed to your chosen email application. You review and send the message there. If you use “Copy message,” the prepared text is copied to your device’s clipboard. If you select “Download brief,” the prepared text is saved as a file on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Your email provider and device may handle information under their own policies.

Information you choose to email

If you send an inquiry, the recipient receives the information you include, such as your name, company, email address, project description, and any optional planning details. It can be used to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss the project. Please do not include confidential recipes, proprietary formulations, or sensitive personal information in your first message.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add analytics trackers or marketing cookies. Basic hosting and network services may process technical information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address and request information.
